The Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels expansion pack is now out and it lets you relive your childhood fantasies by racing all of Horizon 5’s vehicles as well as some special Hot Wheels concept cars around those iconic orange tracks, defying gravity and logic.
The Hot Wheels expansion pack is currently available in the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-ons Bundle, Premium Edition, and Expansions Bundle. The pack is available for purchase on Steam, Microsoft Store, and Xbox.
Forza Horizon 5 lets you race Hot Wheels cars
“Explore Horizon Hot Wheels Park featuring new biomes, new tracks, 10 new cars, a new story, 80 new track and stunt pieces to create your own Hot Wheels adventure in EventLab, new accessibility features, and so much more,” says the game’s page on Steam and other stores.
The new map is suspended above Mexico in the clouds and consists of three distinct biomes – “from the rugged Giant’s Canyon; to the frozen tundra dripping into the molten lava in the Ice Cauldron; to the tree canopy towering above epic waterfalls in Forest Falls; and all brought together under the exhilarating Horizon Nexus, where the Horizon Festival is suspended among the interconnected Hot Wheels tracks.”
These biomes are connected by 212 Km of Hot Wheels tracks that let you enjoy the iconic loops, the launchers, jumpers, snowy ice tracks, water flumes, and even Magnet tracks. You also get Speed Boosts to help you in tricky areas while the Air Tracks help you reduce the aero drag on the cars.
The map comes with its own progression system that lets you get up the ranks slowly and upgrade to the faster cars. Additionally, there are 10 new cars for players to enjoy on the map.
