Hunter Biden and several members of his family are in federal court Monday in Wilmington, Del., for jury selection in the first of what could be two federal trials of the president’s son as his father seeks a second term in the White House. Hunter Biden is required to be in court each day of his trial on gun charges. The trial is estimated to last up to about two weeks. President Biden is nearby in Wilmington on Monday, but he is not expected to come to court.
