President Biden is heading Thursday to Camp David, the presidential retreat in western Maryland, where he is expected to engage in preparations for his high-stakes debate next week with former president Donald Trump. Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. does not appear to have gained ballot access in enough states to qualify for the June 27 event being hosted by CNN in Atlanta.
