Former president Donald Trump plans to hold a rally Saturday in Philadelphia, a heavily Democratic city in the key presidential battleground state of Pennsylvania, which President Biden visits often. Dave McCormick, the Republican nominee for Senate in the state, is expected to join Trump at the event at Temple University. McCormick is seeking to unseat Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.).
