President Biden is heading back Wednesday to the battleground state of Wisconsin, where he plans to announce a new data center and meet with Black voters. The trip is his fourth to the key state this year. Testimony is scheduled to resume Thursday in former president Donald Trump’s trial in New York related to a hush money payment to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels. The court is not in session Wednesday.
