Vice President Harris and former president Donald Trump are both focusing Wednesday on courting Black voters, a key constituency in November’s election. Harris is scheduled to speak at a gathering of a national Black sorority in Houston, while Trump plans to take questions at a convention of Black journalists in Chicago. Trump later will travel to Pennsylvania for a rally in a state expected to be crucial to the outcome of the general election. Harris staged a raucous rally Tuesday night in Atlanta.
