2022 has seen the release of many excellent games such as Elden Ring, Horizon Forbidden West, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and more. Even indie games have had tremendous success this year with Annapurna Interactive’s Stray receiving high praise despite being a simple cat game. Although the year is all set to end, it does not mean that there will be no further releases until next year. 1. Gotham Knights – October 21 (Xbox Series X, Series S, PlayStation 5, PC)
Batman is dead, and the city of Gotham is plunging into chaos. Who better to protect the city in the aftermath of the demise of the caped crusader other than his trusted knights. Play as Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood, and protect Gotham and its citizens from an old mystical enemy which threatens to destroy the city and everything Batman stood for.
