An Indian teacher named Lathish Shankar, who is from the Kodagu district of the state of Karnataka, placed in the top 30 percentile of teachers worldwide in the International Teachers’ Olympiad 2023, which was hosted by Suraasa. Teachers took part in this Olympiad from 72 different nations.
