Xbox Series S and other Xbox accessories prices hiked in India. Here is what they will cost from June 30.
Xbox Series S console and all of its supported accessories are getting more expensive starting June 30, 2022. It has been almost two years since Microsoft announced the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X consoles in India. With support for ray tracing and several advanced features, these consoles promised a major evolution in console gaming experience. Microsoft had kept the price unchanged despite the global chip shortage going around the world. That is about to end as rumours now suggest the Xbox console and accessories are going to get pricey in India.
Based on information from industry insider Rishi Alwani, it is said that Microsoft is going to hike the prices of Xbox consoles and its accessories. The price hike will be reflected from June 30, 2022, which leaves only a few days for people to get the console at its older price. Microsoft hasn’t cited any reasons for the price hike, nor has it officially announced anything in this regard. Is it due to the chip shortage or supply chain shortage? We have no answers.
